Default Re: How to help NHRA get with the times

When a new manager takes over, normally they will introduce themselves and give a little speech on their vision or "way forward". Part of that is listening to your new subordinates and learning any issues you'll need to deal with that you don't know about.

However, when you slide from one position to a new one in the same organization, you just assume the new role and business carries on as usual because you think you already know all the issues.

I really hope he "goes for a walk and talk" and makes it beyond the pro's. If he's the new leadership, he better get input from everybody not just the same select few that compton stumbled around in a drunken stupor with.
