So the in house thing worked, so they let an outside company redo it so it doesn't work? I don't get it. I thought the idea is less hands in the mix is more efficient and cheaper

I too have mixed feelings with this "new" procedure for your credentials.
The "old" way was for the most part a no-brainer! At least I thought so..... I did eventually work my way through all the steps, and then I did receive my order confirmation email pretty quick. At the bottom of that email it stated that my credentials will be emailed to me "shortly" from a place by the name of Paciolan. Then I have to print the credentials from that email prior to the event. But it also stated "if you do not receive your credentials within 24 hours to contact NHRA at 626-914-4761 and ask for the Competition Department." |

more stupidness... I got my credentials for epping nationals that I am racing Super Street ONLY in. They sent me my Epping New England Nationals credentials for Super Comp. WTF is wrong with these people? I guess I will be going to the trailer again this week for them to figure it out...... Go back to the old system PLEASE!
