The Tri-State S/SS kicks off its nine race 2015 schedule with two races at Quaker City Motorsports Park in Salem Ohio Saturday-Sunday May 23-24.

Weekend schedule:

'Big car' time trials (two runs): 1 pm (normal run order Modified, Top, S/SS)

Sunday May 24 ($50 S/SS race entry)
Gates open: 8:30 am
Time trials (2): 10 am

Sponsor/Bonus money:

Special thanks to sponsors John Kunsak, Jan Cavacini, Jim Lydon and Dennis Roberts.

Payouts (based on thirty cars) + $25 to each days winner from RFM.
Saturday: $1,500 win, $800 R/U, $250 semis, $100 third round loser
Sunday: $750 win, $400 R/U, $125 semis, $50 third round

Each day, come get your tech card from me and pay your entry (also your $25 points membership if you wish; not mandatory to race; just to earn points). Top five year-end points finishers receive money. As of now, the Champ will receive at least $1,000 (thousand dollars); fifth place earns at least $100. Those totals will increase with more points members.
If you break before first round, half of your entry is refunded; the other half goes into the race purse.

We are normally set up across the main road from the concession stand. You will see our table and banner.

Hope to see you all there !

Open to all NHRA and IHRA legal S/SS cars, as well as Nostalgia/SS.

All S/SS cars must dial their Class Index or quicker (IHRA Index; NHRA Index +.30)

N/SS may dial to the nearest hundredth and change their dial-in between rounds.

Cars laddered for first round, based on reaction times.

In regards to the payouts listed in the first post, as usual more cars = bigger purse = better payouts.
