IHRA Rule changes

It all sounds pretty fair to me. I especially like the fire jacket rule.

I do have a question though, this -"All classes may move up or down one class from the original classification" What is our Volare's original classification? Are they saying if it is originally classified as an I car that we could only run H, I, or J?

When are they going to put the divisional schedules out?! I need to plan our schedule.
