A few mins of daylight for the Super 10. This is the canvas Michael Beard will use for the design.

The goal, truck on chassis table, at ride height, with rear wheels removed. How do you take an accurate, yet easy measurement of axle center so the axle is same height off table if the wheel is attached.
Simple, a laser pointer. With wheels on, point laser at axle center, raise truck, remove wheels, set up stands so that laser points to axle center ![]()

A few updates. Work is coming along steady these days. The last 2 - 3 weeks I have worked on a number of small items that take time, are important, yet do not show much progress like the big items do. When working the small stuff it is important to remember that ALL systems, ALL items are important.
First photo shows rear of bed items roughed in and the beginning of wiring runs. At the far right notice a ground terminal strip. A handy item to ground all components in the rear section. The strip is connect directly to battery negative with a 10 gauge lead. All rear component grounds branch out from there. Second photo shows front motor plate bracket Third photo is mid plate tab.

In other news; coming soon is the engine build. All engine components are machined and in hand except for heads and intake. Those will be in house soon.
*Bill Mitchell piston forgings worked by REBCO. So good looking they should be outside the engine ![]() *A factory 327 crank worked by Mile High cranks. *Dart SHP block *Comp Cams special super stocker grind for high RPM 327 combo, "plenty" of lift yet stable. *T & D rockers of the proper ratio More soon, please stay tuned.

I have decided to run a Roll Master chain set. I have used them with several other builds. All perform as expected.
