I have owned several 2500 5.7 Hemi trucks
Towed 15,000 Lb 38' Tag all over Div 7 I have a six month old Loaded Single Cab 2500 Hemi with all the towing Goodies that has towed 14,000 38 Ft.. It has only 9,000 Miles on it and I want $21,500. Stickered for $38,000. It was at Pomona pulling a 38 Ft with two of our stockers ( went up Baker Grade @ 65 MPH ). Gas is so cheap compared to Diesel...the difference in Mileage does make up for it. Empty I get 22 MPH @ 70 MPH! Check Mopar Towing Guide....Good for 14,350

We tow all the time with our 1500 (30ft tandem axel)
Never a problem We just added air bags in the rear coils Have had 3 of the 1500 dodge Rams with 5.7 hemis 20 on the hi-way not towing 15 around town - of course towing is around 10 unless you are going into a head wind - LMAO I suggest skipping some of the package "bells and whistles" to keep the price around $30k Just get what you need Ron
