Obviously, Nhra has done their own deal now where the old ticket deal was 3rd party vendor. Another savings. Unfortunately, it appears the same IT guy that manages the always stellar performing live timing was the designer, lol. As Bruce highlighted, it appears as though it takes the better part of 4 days start to finish for the privilege of printing your ticket with your own paper and ink. Hopefully it will get smoother as time goes on.

Dan I have offered my services to them but like many things they do not see the need to hire an expert in implementing business and systems changes

Making sure that the end users (racers) have a bullet proof interface and perfect instructions is what I do but who needs it
