That's a good observation and advice.

We've got a 1/8 mile track out here where that has been the rule since a hot shot on his quad busted his melon doing wheelies and shut down the racing for 2 hours while they took him to the hospital.

Several years ago, a racer (who shall remain nameless) had just just finished winning the Seattle Natl event when his car got creamed by an inebriated NHRA official on a scooter. If you saw the Natl Dragster winners circle photos, you would have noticed that his car was the only one facing in the opposite direction (to hide the body damage). He was assured that by NHRA that they would compensate him for the damage but he never got a dime. He had a subtle jab lettered on his car regarding their lack of payment the next year and he was told by NHRA to either remove it or there would be consequences.

Well you see my avatar, the Fairlane is pointing the wrong way for just that reason! It wasn't an NHRA official but another compeditors "wife" maybe? I dont know who she was but this happened in the pits as well.
Nature has a way of balancing its self out. If you crash your scotter and blow out your mellon, well, survival of the fittest I say! Evolution will always overcome.

The EPA has set emission standards for out door BBQ grills and they will be enforced by the NHRA for 2015.

As soon as John figures out he fit a couple more sponsors on a helmet he will jump right on that band wagon.

New rules are out and didn't see anything about this.
Anybody hear anything further?
Trying to decide if I need to get a bigger trailer to carry my golf cart...
Or just get a bicycle...or SEMA approved skate board ??
