York 2014 Photos
Bob Wenzelburger shared this folder full of prime shots from this years York Reunion. As usual, Darwin Doll out did himself, putting on another fantastic show.
Plans for the 2015 show are underway with plans for a larger Junior Stock turn out. If you have an old Stocker, or are restoring one (hint, hint TENSION), Chevy, Ford, Chrysler, Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Studebaker etc, it would be great to see it there. Re: York 2014 Photos
Hey Bob...thank you for posting awesome photos...faces/memories/cars...Just in a word...great!!! we (my family) were absolutely honored this year to have our altered wheelbase Falcon (Carmel Ford/Vindicator) displayed in it's time weathered un-restored state by our dear friend/current owner...here-to-fore known as "Maryland Mike"...my dad ("creator") would have been emotional for sure to see the "ol' girl" again...to be a small part of this display...the Falcon will indeed return in future...hopefully appearing...as flawless as it did...way back when...thank you-yet again - Sincerely,Drake Viscome & family...p.s. ain't that ol' Jack Redd (DragTimes)...just about...ageless???!!!***

Re: York 2014 Photos
Awesome! This event is getting better each year....unfortunately, I've wanted to go
but couldn't get the chance...next year I will BE THERE! Only had time here to view the first 300 images....Very nice that you got the Jr. Stock contingent grouped together before they went in the building....THAT alone was worth the price of admission! Looks like the '57's ruled that day.....Sure brought back memories.... Was that "lil John " and Marv...posing with the legendary Dianna/Ripes Corvette? |
