I think there should be 3 brackets
(1) Under-rated #1 will be -1.32 (2) Over-rated #1 will be -.43 (3) Correctly-rated #1 will be -.89 |

Gary Summers was low last year @ 1.642. How low can we go this year? 1.75 - 1.8 - 2.0 Where will it end?????
