Thanks Al, yes it's surprising how well it's running. Especially because I know several areas in the engine that could be better - I just hope it holds together for awhile until I can put another one together. Looking back through this thread makes it even sweeter, remembering the pain it took to get here.
We had a stick shift race at Mid America on Saturday and I ran my first 6 in the 1/8 mi....6.97 which is .5 under the E index for 1/8. Now if I could just figure out how to get the front end to come up higher....

Hey Paul. Do you have a recent video or picture of it. Im sure everyone could give some input and get that thing airborne.

Yes, Sean - we're planning on getting to Topeka on Thursday evening. I'll keep an eye out for you.
My first divisional, so I'm now forced to put at least a few stickers on! It's gonna be tough for me to do!

Well I completely understand the sticker thing! That's what windows are for! All you need is the Lucas and NHRA. At a D4 race I had to put on the Jegs All Stars. Don't worry about the stickers until tech. Tech will make sure you have what is required. We will be looking for you as well.

As for the front end. It would be helpful to post what you have done to the front and rear suspension, what shocks and settings too.

Could make them as magnets with commercial magnetic paper like mine.
They stay on at 123mph...

If your are going to use a PCV valve Google Envalve or Smart valve.We think you will like how it works.Bill C.
