THanks Bob! Gettin there slowly... That '62 Grand Prix belongs to Gene Gabbard of Centerville/Richmond area...it runs high 10's ...
Im taking Bird Wednesday eve to do some tuning...havent done any tuning yet...just changed gears twice and put good valvesprings on... same jetting, timing, oil, as i started with. Gonna work with header collectors too...I hope to find some 11.30s, or better...

Well, i havent found much ET yet, but, i did manage to go a few rounds and win the Slick tire class trophy last night...here is a pic of the final...11.58/114.58 best so far...air was crap, i was probably a tad rich...gettin there, slowly...

Thanks Bob and Dave...
Dave, i have 160/350# springs on it...crossing the line at 6300, shifting around 5700-5800... I may have been a tad rich, with .044s in the secondaries, so im gonna try some .052s, long tips, with .065 primary jets( same jets ive been running)... i went to .040s , on Wed eve, and slowed down in 60' about .015, it didnt like it...

Got CK's (052) in the back and 66 primary in ours atm Brent. We tried 057's Saturday night, but I think we found the lean point.
