IT is the 1964 ford 289 motor. I bracket raced the car for years and didn't change much since then. The fastest i went was 11.16 @ 117. The 60' times for that motor were around 1.47 or so. That is footbraking the car. I am just now starting to work with a trans brake.

What would be a good rear shock setting and ladder bar position for sbf transbrake launches?
