Thanks for tending to that noisy ring & pinion. For me it was like fingernails on a blackboard in all of your in-car video posts.

NRC, gosh are those guys good! They worked on our stuff, Bo Butner's stuff, Bill and Brenda's Grubbs stuff, and Todd of Tulsa raceway and Brandon of pro mod fame stuff all at once. We got out of there about 3.00 pm. The rest had a laundry list longer than ours. NRC is the one of the best on truck type conversions available on the market today.

You got that right! The best in the business. Wish I could afford one of their new rigs.

I've had an NRC product for 10 years and I concur that they build a great product and their customer service is excellent . They usually go over and above what I expect .

Should make a little less noise with these out of there...

Thanks to Babbitt Bearing Co. for setting up the new gears for my Moser M60. These old $100 clearance shelf 5.57's lasted a year or two, and lord knows what they went through before I got them, so they don't owe me anything. Fresh 5.38's in and ready to rock! (Still have my original Moser 5.17's that came with the rear as a backup) http://www.columbusbabbitt.com/

No Danny, no Western Swing in our future this year. But maybe next year???

We are in and parked just down from where we parked last year on the main road coming in. They brought us in thru the back gate on the Pro side this afternoon. Don't know if that will be the plan for tomorrow or not! The grounds all look great and not squishy at all. Of course this track is always top notch! The grass has been cut and trash cans out every couple of trailers or so. There are quite a few here already for a Tuesday, but I'm sure a lot of racers came straight from Joliet.

More later!!

Years ago at Mike Carrs race in Hagerstown, Michael said the rear in my car sounded funny(?). I drove 1 or 2 races the following year before I pulled them out and the ring gear was missing 6 or 7 teeth. I tend to inspect them much closer now.
Heading out for Norwalk in the morning...looking forward to eating, drinking some martinis on the veranda(tailgate)......and some racing.
