Out-Law race rules:
1. No chassis cars, dragsters, or roadsters
2. No automated throttle stops, meaning no "under-carb" or "linkage" stops. These must be COMPLETELY REMOVED from the car.
3. ALLOWED: Transbrakes, delay boxes, 2-steps for LAUNCH only, electric and air shifters
4. ALLOWED: Restrictor plates, (EZ Plate, etc.) "hard" stops, under the pedal or behind carb linkage ok
5.NO down track rev-limiters or counters allowed, per IHRA rules
6. Hoods to be opened or removed, along with trunk lids in the staging lanes before qualifying and first round.
Also, finalist checked right after final round
