C means standard , Weight 4340 crankshaft. Google the part number and the Info will come up.

Does it have the think parting line that most cast cranks have?

They remove the parting line on their cranks in the prep process, at least on all of the cranks I purchased from them.
Only the forged 302 crank has the rod length (5.090) in the part number.

I did Google it. This thread comes up in the search now...
I sent the photo to Eagle and they said the crank is cast. The "C" in the part number stands for cast. I ordered this one: The Crank I Ordered at the Place That Isn't Listening to Me The 300 is the stroke and the 5090 is the rod length. That's all they have in common. Dale

It would be a lot easier to tell with a picture taken from a little further away but I would trust what Eagle says. I have used a fair number of their cranks and have found some unusual part numbers. Its pretty easy to tell the cast from the forged ones from a little further away ![]()
