I bought a bunch of Mopar carbs and parts a couple of years ago and there was a Chevy AVS carb in the bunch. It is pretty well stripped, just the upper and lower castings. The throttle blades are stiff, but move. No jets, metering rods, floats and they even pulled the screws out of the throttle blades. I thought maybe a Stocker racer could use it but you would need a parts carb to put it together. $10+shipping. SOLD!
