Back in the day (1960's) my Dad took me to a Ford Dealership where he had his company car serviced (Falcon Wagon) somewhere in Massachusetts. He introduced to one of their employees (Dick was his name I believe?) that raced a 60's Mustang, I'm assuming Stock or Super Stock......the car was yellow and named: Super Duck or Yellow Duck seems to stick in my memory.....the guy had blonde hair and from memory looked very similar to Ronnie Sox......?????
I was like 8 years old at the time...but that meeting is what inspired me to become a car nut and racer.....LOL My first experience on track was at NED in 1971 with a 1964 Falcon 289 3-speed stick running 15's in X class.....lol Thanks in advance

Do the names Jack Madden Ford or Robie Ford ring a bell? A friend told me to ask.
Both were performance-oriented dealers from that time frame and area according to him.... He doesn't remember the car(s) or driver you mentioned though..... |

Jack Madden Ford, located in Norwood MA had a yellow Mustang drag car. Not sure what engine was in it, most likely a Cobra Jet. It was called the "Yellow Duck"
