The poodle and cigar joke

An elderly woman with a small poodle and a rather large man are riding the train to their destination. The man pulls out a big fat cigar and starts smoking it filling the train car with smoke. The little old lady asks him to put it out as it is very annoying, he resents her request and replies that she should keep her poodle quiet as it is constantly yapping. She gets annoyed and asks him again to which he responds the same regarding her dog. She calls the conductor to complain of the smoke and the conductor replies that it is a smoking car and is allowed. He complains about the dog, which the conductor replies that pets are allowed also. The conductor leaves and the little dog keeps yapping and the big guy keeps smoking. So the little old lady has had it and asks one more time for him to extinguish his cigar, he laughs at her and continues to put billows of smoke in the car. Time goes by and she has finally had it, she reaches over and grabs the cigar out of the guys mouth and slings it out the window. He becomes outraged and grabs her poodle and likewise throws it out the window. They both call the conductor to complain, but he tells them that the train is not going to stop, but there is a scheduled stop about 20 miles up track. Well the train arrives at the stop and they both get out, with her just glaring at him. He snarls at her and reaches in his coat pocket for another cigar but realizes that he is out of them. A couple of minutes go by and they notice the little poodle running down the tracks towards them, guess what he has in his mouth.
