Thanks John, those could be useful. But can you calculate this.
Three sailors on leave go into a motel for a room. The desk clerk tells them it will be $10.00 a piece for a total of $30.00 After a while the clerk thinks that since they are in the military he should give them a break, so he calls over the bellboy and gives him 5 one dollar bills, tells him to go upstairs and refund the sailors. On the way up he decides since there are three sailors and he has 5 one dollar bills that he should pocket 2 of them. So he gives each sailor a one dollar bill, which makes them paying only $9.00 each. 9 x 3 = 27 plus the two dollars in the bellboys pocket equals 29, where is the other dollar? Ron Ortiz U/SA cash only please

Mark, I see your logic, but you are a penny short, and in this scenario, the bellyboy got 2 dollars, where is the other three.
It's almost like the question is presented mathematically incorrect. Ron Ortiz U/SA a penny for your thoughts

As Ron stated, its presented mathematically incorrectly. Once the $3 is returned to the Sailors $30 is no longer in the equation. It is the $25 in the clerks pocket, the $2 in the bell boys pocket and the $27 the Sailors paid. Those are the only 3 amounts that exist.

The riddle about the sailors made my head hurt, but I just tried the formula they have for determining HP from ET,MPH, and weight.
Both my cars were way off, the RWHP the calculator claimed was about what my engine dyno numbers were, the flywheel HP was way too high. I think that calculator is more oriented towards typical street cars, or poorly set up vehicles. I find the old Moroso "Power Speed Calculator" slide rule to be much more accurate. The HP lines up very closely, and the ET and MPH pretty much line up to each other as well.
