We seem to be having the very worst luck with our TAG system. We've sent it back three times, and the replacement we just got will not allow us to go into utilities and set up multiple logs.
The company has been nice so far, but today things took a turn for the ugly as the suggested that we send the unit back for a refund. Now Miss Donna's no fool, she is the head of the programming department of a major corporation, writes and oversees the production of numerous programs on a daily basis and yet this company chose not to work with her in resolving this issue choosing instead to treat her like a computer illiterate. (I've been on the wrong side of her at times and it ain't pretty). Anyone else out there had trouble with the TAG systtem? Have you tried all the different functions? Did the company respond to you in a positive way? Just interested. I guess we will be the FIRST customer to ever get a refund from them. At least that's what we've been told.
