How did Dan Fletcher win this race?

The straight scoop....
Dan was dialed 11:0P which was supposed to be 11.09, but when he dialed from the inside of the car he had it backwards. The tower saw 11.00 because they didn't have a P digit and the leg below the circle was short and looked like a zero. So he got the starters attention and they changed it to 11.09. He took the stripe by .016 and kicked my butt

Sorry Mark, but that may be the funniest story yet this year.
