I have just purchased a HP putter with windows 8. When opening a thread, sometimes, getting the message Waiting for ClassRacer.com. Never had this with the old Dell. This program has so many safety and other stuff...for this old f---, but I'm learning....
It eventually comes up maybe + - 20 seconds. Is this windows 8 or site problem? By the way it doesn't do it all the time....and don't have any problems any where else except here at ClassRacer.... Any suggestions/ help would be greatly appreciated.... FrankChastain Last edited by FrankChastain; 07-25-2013 at 05:31 AM. Reason: Adding too |

I just purchased this computer and not a computer person. Don't know what browser. It's a HP Pavilion P7-1466S Desktop with Windows 8. Think I probably need to carry it to a computer shop and see what they say. ClassRacer is not the only site I'm having this problem. I'm own a lap top and it works just fine along with the one my wife has. Wouldn't you know it the only one in the bunch and the newest. Thanks for your comments. Take care frank

I was going to recommend either firefox or Chrome, if you want to get rid of the lousy Win 8 desktop try looking for a program called Classic Shell. It will make Win 8 look like win 7. It is free http://www.classicshell.net/ |

I have windows 7 using Internet Explorer as well and have been having trouble with the same thing. "waiting on class racer" sometimes I have to just X out of the site and then come back. Took my laptop into the computer shop and they could not find anything wrong with it. It gets very frustrating at times.
