will the carb work on the 1972 350/165 motor, i run the 350/175 motor which looks to me the difference is the quadrajet not the dualjet, i dont even really know how much that would kill my motor just thought it would be a cool idea to try and see what it would run

Brandon,
The 1972 350/165 uses a smaller carb than these You need a 1.25 venturi carb. If you decide to go that route I think I have one like you need.
