Dirt bag in ohio

It seems the dirt bag has screwd a couple of people in the past, and after contacting the local authories they are asking me to gather names and any information of those transactions. It seems internet fraud is a serious offense!!!

RAY CONTACTED ME VIA TEXT AND TOLD ME REPEAT TOLD ME TO REMOVE THE POST AND HE WILL SEND OUT MY MONEY CLAIMS HE HAS IT ON HIS DESK
