i have a kelsey "plain jane" in one tow vehicle, and a prodigy "digital" in the other. they both work fine, so it is kind of up to you, function or flash. I think the price difference was about $50. to $75. they both allow manual override. in the overall picture with a panic stop I would prefer the prodigy....
