David, is that where the saying comes from, “the data can’t lie only statisticians”

Don,
The correct way to do this type of analysis is a statistical method called ANOVA. I did a sample ANOVA analysis using 10 drivers with each 20 reaction times. I just made up numbers, so it's not real racers. I can't attach the file (or I'm not quite sure how), because it's a three page .pdf file. Give me your email address and I'll send it to you. In the file I added a brief explanation of the various statistical terms (standard deviation, median, mean, etc.), but if you are not familiar with this type of analysis you might have to stare at it for a few minutes before you "see the light". |

You have to know what the "99 per centers" have for averages if you want to find where the "1 per centers" are relative to the data.

I have not had time to look at some racers I do know My average RT was 0.030 and JImmy D was 0.025 with no red lights last year for Jimmy and I think two red lights this year for Jimmy and I know Jimmy RT are not like they were last year . I am too busy to look at anyone else right now

By the way I don't think to those who insinuated or implied that I was Concerned about Dan Fletcher I just simply think he is a very good driver and does not need a device to win (FYI) so drop this about Old Dan and I I do have a concern about other drivers based on The Stats That I have that they are using a illegal way of leaving the starting line . I do Like the Trust but verify saying by Ronald Reagan enough of this i am done with this got to work some time lol
