I agree - Kevin is a very good guy who helped us a lot with our TCI stuff. Also, David is one of many very knowledgeable people there.
I found that most people in the Customer support area for FAST are knowledgeable. I like the fact that if the person you are talking too does not know the answer - they are not afraid to put you on hold and ask the other folks and comeback with the best answer. It spreads the knowledge base - in that way - one guy does not have all of the calls directed to him - eventually that creates a bottleneck. Good job FAST Ron
