One "nice" thing about Super 8 or Motel 6 you can make reservations and still
cancel them the day of if you need to cancel.

The Cannary Hotel Casino is very nice, it is the host hotel for Mopars at the
Strip March 22, 23,24 and for that function is sold out by the beginning of the
year. Even the Super 8 motel I mentioned in my first post is sold out that
weekend because that is also Sping Break week.

I was looking at a map and found downtown only about 12 miles from the track.
You can sometimes get a good deal at the Golden Nugget a real nice and safe place to stay.

Lots of nice places in old downtown and you have great night life at the Fremont Experience. It is a short commute to the track. We stay here for MATS and the races.
