The LIE (495) , Sunrise Highway (27) , Rt .347 and 25 had stuck and abandoned cars all over the place and were still picking up abandoned cars as late as this afternoon. Many streets still not plowed. Rain supposed to come in over night through tomorrow. Will be lots of flooding as most drains are blocked by tons of snow and ice. Very interesting few months as we had a historic hurricane and now a historic snowstorm. Whats next out here ? At least I did not lose power and FIOS cable.

You must live near me, Im in Ronkonkoma, off of Lakeland, they plowed my street once yesterday. That was about 3:30 pm. I work in Patchogue, they closed off Rt 112, due to flooding and the icy conditions. When all this stuff freezes tonight, tommorrow ought to be fun.
