2012 Banquet and Rules meeting info

Cocktail hour will start at 6 , and dinner will be at 7.

Sunday morning there is a great brunch at the Hotel, I believe there is a discounted price for hotel guests.

Be sure to get there early and take a walk around the town, great area.

We do appreciate any door prizes that are donated, Adds to the Fun

George-do you know if the hotel has free parking for people attending the banquet? Otherwise, I'm going to park in my usual free place and walk down to the hotel-I may do that anyway, because on the way back I would go by Herrell's. For those of you who don't know, Herrell's is a really good ice cream place-it is in the basement of Thorne Marketplace or can be entered from Old South St.

To be honest I have no idea about the parking, I have always stayed at the hotel so parking wasn't an issue. I'm sure Dave or Marc would have the answer for that.
Glad you can make it, it's always a great time.
Maybe ice cream for lunch?

There is parking right behind the hotel, there is an entrance right next to the hotel, that maybe king st. Then there is an entrance to walk into the hotel from the parking lot. I think there may also be parking curbside in front of the hotel.

Getting curbside parking in Northampton on a Saturday night is like trying to find....sorry, my imagination just can't come up with anything!
