About 5 homes are close to the track, everything on the spectator side is a wildlife area , every home at the far end was wiped out in the flood of 2011 , hopefully there will be no issues , the close residents may not like it when Keith makes a run in his fuel car or maybe they will love it !!!!!

I'd suggest recommending to the track owners lifetime free entry to the neighbors!

Bill Bader Sr. did that in the early days of Norwalk, which is one of the reasons it grew from a dusty strip of asphalt into what it is today.
I wish the new track well, I always love seeing new tracks popping up!

Glad you guys are getting a new "playground" in your area!!!!!!!!!
Btw............ I am having a hard time trying to picture Larry getting in & out of a VW bus......... they must be roomier than I thought....... lol
