As far as Johns corvette, it was one of the first to use a lockup converter and thrasted more on it than a prostocker in the the day. Was going to be the first in the 10s at indy then broke it , rented a coptor flew back to his shop got repairs to only have a piece of silcon go into the carb. Some magazine did a story on it have it somwhere Them were the days. Tom.
