national advice division race

I bought myself a stocker a couple of months ago and need to know if i am aloud to go to any national events before i have raced at the divisional races first.I ran some super street division races a couple of years ago.I would'nt mind running the Pomona race next year.

A couple of years ago my first race in a stocker was at the Winternationals I used my S/ST grade points to get in no problem. Go on and log in it shows what your grade points are. If you have to call your division director to get your 3 year avarage and i think he has to enter that in under your name. I have had to do this once when I sat out for a year to get into a national event an hour away from home that fills up fast.
