Thanks Jeff. It does have the factory sheetmetal between the frame rails and around it as well. It was a pain in the butt to clean and weld back in. The only sheetmetal that isnt stock is the tunnel and wheel tubs.
On a side note........I just saw a feature on a Super Stock car ( a traditional Super Stock car too.) in national dragster and his tunnel was composite and didnt have any carpet on it...........and I didnt hear anyone say a thing............hmmmmmmm......

Anyhow, thanks for the compliments. I think I'm done showing pics of the build.......it will be done for spring of next year, you can see it then !

Congrats JC once again! I think you are right though, wait until its done to post pics, I'm sure she will be beautiful!!

don't know who is doing the work, looks pretty good to me. glad to see somebody elese is interested in building real race cars. i might have positioned a couple of bars differently only because of the rules. just my opinion. gary

yes we can give it a look. didn't go to indy. don't go much anymore. don't think much of the direction class racing is going. haven't talked to larry in a while, good people, don't know what he is up to.

Actually it's better to be safe than sorry, there's no harm in asking some questions now, and some people here are just trying to help you out so you don't get the shaft later on...and I hope you will reconsider and post a few photos of the Chevy II you're building...maybe get some of inside the trunk to satisfy those that asked, and some exterior & interior shots of it as a roller before you put the power train back into the car and paint it.
