Question Re: "Live" from Jegs Northern Sportsnationals 2012

Horsepower adjustments following the Jegs SportNationals
As the result of runs under the Automatic Horsepower Factoring System (AHFS) 1.20-second under policy at the Jegs SportNationals, the following change has been made.

The horsepower rating for 1999-2002 GM Camaro/Firebird, entries with the 346 cubic inch engine and a factory rating of 320-325 currently rated at 369 has been increased by twelve horsepower, to 381 horsepower; for Stock Eliminator

NHRA's 2012 Automatic Horsepower Factoring System outlines that any run of 1.20-second or more under the index will receive an immediate index decrease or horsepower increase. These changes are effective Sep. 24, 2012.

Is that basically the same engine as what is in a 2004 GTO in E/SA rated at 340?
