Another problem for NHRA

If you think about it, the NHRA is like the circus coming in to town with an abundant amount of money, The DOT looks at it like it's a cash cow. Easy money! Most of the racers would just pay the fines and go on their way, no court or appearences needed.
Instead, the DOT should be meeting the racers and giving them escorted parade going into the track, then all would be winners. Everyone would look favorably at the DOT and show that the racers are on a pedistal to the public.
