I meant for the existing Mopar combos in the guide so they can be more competitive. Isn't that the push behind the 3 speed transmission for an existing combo?

Don't have a dog in the fight, but I do watch the cars and keep tabs on them. Personally, I don't like the superseded parts, but this would hardly be the first time it's happened.

Ron and Joe -- what do you think a 3-speed is actually worth to your cars? Watched Ron's car go 1.27 in 60' @ Sonoma this past weekend with the front wheels 2" in the air. Can't leave much harder or cleaner than that. Obviously the gain doesn't necessarily come in the first 60', but I'm not seeing whatever gain there is being worth enough to compete with the CJ's.

BTW, Joe, the Stock Eliminator CJ's have had 3-speeds in them since Day 1 -- the '08 model. In 2010, Ford debuted the Super CJ with the 2-speed. The 2-speed may now be available in the CJ, but they've always had 3-speeds.

I think you meant 2' (feet) but no matter I posted the video

We don't know what it will do - we will be testing in SS until it is legal for STK

I think 4 or 5 hundredths and your assessment is right on about suddenly making us competitive with the CJs

The weight breaks will only work so long and then "Whoosh" there goes the CJs

Are we going to see you Friday?

Ron

Yes Anthony, I'll have a 2004 Napa cab with some Monterrey Jack. 68 degrees on the cab please. IMHO

Put a stick in it. Then the 2-speed vs. 3-speed issue goes away.

Have to wonder what rocket scientist at Chrysler submitted it with a Powerglide in the first place. Fool.

I did mean 2' and I wish I could be there tomorrow, but unfortunately duty calls. Good luck.
