As a diehard Mopar man, I pretty much lost interest in ProStock after the Wayne County speed Shop was "Broken Into" and "all the engines were destroyed". Having said that, as a casual fan, usually via the audio cast, I think that Erica's win will be a good thing for the sport. Whether NHRA notices is another question altogether....

I guess I don't have one real favorite in Prostock. There are some great teams and racers out there. I think it is good that Erica beat one of the best in her first victory. Just the fact that we are reading and writing about it proves it. We can be a fickle bunch here on the internet too.
![]() I thiink it is good to see so many have a legit shot at winning. It keeps the class active and it is more interesting. Adding Connelly will mix it up even more. He seems to find a way to the winner's circle.
