What a punk moron. He started by having his car stopped with the front of it clearly encroaching on the crosswalk.

Then he rudely blew his horn in an attempt to startle the old lady.

He got almost everything he deserved. A few flat tires would have made it perfect. But it's gonna cost hima few bucks to get that airbag repacked.

Next time one of these morons parks so close my car, that I can't get into it. I now know where place a good kick.
