Rob,

Thanks for the kind words, for those that haven't seen .90 racing you do have to work a bit to explain what it is all about. This kind of racing has many super close and well run races, often the loser has an excellent package but comes up short. Watching at the finish line is certainly an eye opener to how close these races can be. I've done plenty of footbrake bracket racing and that's tough enough, can't imagine how hard it is to cut a light, drive the finish and make the car run the same fixed e.t. with constant weather changes and varying track conditions. We definitely had many very close runs. I love doing this stuff. I am currently working every weekend at Mason Dixon Dragway and can't get away very often do any other events. I would love to do this one again in 2013!

Mike,

We will definitely like to have you back for the 2013 version of this event. It was great working with you on the mic and we need more guys like you explaining to the fans what is going on. To the average joe they expect every car to leave the starting line and go but, it's much different with throttle stop racing where all the action happens on the top-end but, Mike helped people understand it and I think it's the most people I've seen in the stands and on the top end of a race track in ages.

Also Rob Need For Speed was at the event on Saturday with his family filming everything from burn-outs to 60 foot to top end (And we didn't kick him off of the starting line). He will be putting together a small sample of the event for everyone to see in a few in a few days!

Last but, not least we raised over **720.00 for pancreatic cancer research, so a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who threw a dollar or 2 into the box. I still have plenty of T-Shirts left in case anyone would like to buy one. Just PM Me or E-Mail me at Rekeister@aol.com.

Haha Tommy!

I did think about a Fall one but, where would you hold it. A lot of guys love Numidia but, hate the drive up and said they would only like to make that trip up there once a year. A lot of S/G guys are on the fence now about going back up in 3 weeks for the MASGA Race even though it's $1,000 guaranteed and over 32 cars is $1,500. I would love to do something at Atco but, Joe's schedule is packed and a little pricy!! If and this is a HUGE IF I were to put together a race for this year the only dates that are open that we could have something would be...

Sept 22nd - 23rd
Oct 20th - 21st

Plus it would be hard to get something lined up with sponsors cause their budgets are already written for this year. Maybe 2013 we could look into a double 90 race and maybe a small points series....

Thanks Rob, Mike, Brian and Lee and everyone that attended!!! I was hoping to have the Buick Stocker there but the trans failed to cooperate! So I became a spectator, something I'm not real good at! I did have a new spectator with me so I had some explaining to do Saturday about throttle stops and S/SS racing. It was an enjoyable day for me watching/explaining and I even managed to watch most of the .90 classes. There was some very good racing going on out there with one race that I remember being a .0012 MOV... Nothing like making it close!

Thanks again everyone and I did even have a good time on the ride up and back! The motorcycle makes it nice!

Safe Trips Everyone!
