3D CNC tubing bender---made in Japan---can handle 6-60MM or approx 1/4in to 2 3/8in diameter tubing---really neat the wave of the future is here now!!!

Doesn't any of this stuff get thought of and built in the USA?Seems like we use everybody elses technology

ED-actually there are several different companies making this same kind of machinery some can bend up to over 3 inches dia using pressures over 12000 pounds---its out there but very sophisticated and did I say EXPENSIVE??? like easily over a MILLION dollars per machine and up !!!!!---FED387

I checked with co-workers who had been to our supplier (Aurora Cat), and they said that IS what they use. May not be the same brand, but that is it and their repeatablility is 99.9%. The level of accuracy is amazing, I know, I check them daily for accuracy.

I saw a similar operation on TV " How it's made" they were forming coils for water heaters in Germany---Trevor
