When you go to Hoover Dam, Stop at the "Coffee Cup" in Boulder City (Couple Miles from Dam). My older boy Robbie (H/SA Roadrunner) cooks there and there are a lot of racing and local color pictures around the place and a very retro feel to it.
It has been featured on the Food Channel and has a Old School Menu that will not disappoint you! |
