I'm not one of the swamp people being from the East but I don't think there will ever be a "Craw Fish Broil " ..........but there might be a "Craw Fish Boil " at some point .............Someday I'd love to attend and take the "Swamp Tour " as advertised -- looks like a great time .

Matt - Its not just about English - Cajuns like to put their stuff in a big pot and cook it ......they would never ( at least from what I know ) put their CrawDads on a grille and broil 'em..........

Too funny......and true.

There are some whales (yankee folks that are weight challenged) on our beaches every year.

Watchin' them walk across Hwy90 on a summer afternoon after a day in the sun....... I'll never be able to picture them any other way than the above pic.

That would be your "broiled" crawfish.
