Everyone knows its not near as hard to get into a National event like it used to be, so why give NHRA your money any sooner than you have too?

I hope this is not a sign that we are losing more support of our sport from the membership. Its not fun racing with low car counts and the guys your use to seeing in the pits.

Right now it takes a grade point 7 to sign up for SS at the Gators. I have 5 grade points and can't enter until the 18th.
I don't know about Pomona but that is probably why the Gators are empty right now... |

Pomona is at 2 grade points....goes to 1 point next week. Agree with Chuck, why let them hold your money?

Yeah, but there'd be someone there, looking for a cheap and easy win.

Unless NHRA had a meeting with the DOT of California, there maybe a low pro car count due to the trailer issues. It cost the one racer last year from what I understand $17K to get his rig loaded onto a low boy to get out of California. All most all the rigs are illegal according to California due to the lenght. How many changed there rigs out to satisfy California?
