Have you tried Lunati? If can't find out can have checked on cam doctor. You can measure lobe lift and maybe able to narrow down what lobes they are.
In case you don't know measure lobe both directions and difference is the lobe lift then multiply rocker ratio for lift @ valve. Mike Taylor 3601 |

That appears to be a serial number, you'll probably have to call Lunati, and hope they still have the records.
