Lucas Oil Schedule is Up on DRC

For the first time in as long as I can remember, Lebanon Valley is not on July 4th weekend. Will definately help with traffic.

Because Norwalk National is 4th of July weekend now and I know a lot of D-1 cars will go to that so it was a smart move.

Also, Chicago is the week before and the 4th is on a weds I believe
