That's a real PRO. Great attitude and article. I think what Wally had in mind in the first place, not the circus

I have been a fan of drag racing since 1955 (no typo) and have watched in amazement as a select few racers, over the years, seemed simply not to know "how to lose" (Bob Glidden, in his prime, Lee Shepard before his untimely demise, Shirley, when she was "on," and some others who I won't bore you with,) but THIS GUY (why did they stop calling him "Ace?") is, without a doubt, the best drag racer I have ever had the pleasure of watching.
He's just incredible, on several different levels! It gladdens my heart that he is where he is, with a sponsorship that is, I am sure, far beyond his wildest dreams. It could not happen to a more deserving individual. Just my 2-cents...

I've always enjoyed watching the "Ace" compete and usually win.
In my opinion the best drag racer of all time. |
