Default Re: SS/AH at Indy

I am not getting roped into this again. Have you (and others that use the argument that I keep my customers behind me) ever considered that I am better at racing than you are? If you remember my dad won indy with Rains #2 engine that I didnt even check the timing on when we put it in before the final 2 years ago.
And your math is correct, I did go 49 to your 75 at vegas last year, that was after your new guys tuned you up 40+hp according to your tales.
The first time you went to vegas, with a brand new car and engine from me, you went .02 or .03 slower than me after I put mine on full kill to outrun you.

Anyways, our stuff is ready to load in the trailer, and has been for a week. We have the best stuff in each car, and whatever we run at indy, it will be all we have for now. The "good engine" is not somewhere else waiting to get finished.

I will be making a trip to Milan friday night because Jesse Kershaw asked me to come over there and match race the fastest SS mustang on the grounds. I am looking forward to that.

Good luck to everyone next week, I hope everyone runs the way they hoped. We just hope to be able to make it to the race in one piece after last year.

later
