All of those places to eat are great. All are regulars of mine.
No reservations taken for The Library unless you have 6 or more. Tullia's ask for the Lemoncello at the end of the meal. It is a BYOB. High maintenance Cougars at the Chophouse. Try the lobster mac and chesse. You will not be disappointed.

Stock1890 has one - a 1977 Volkswagen Rabbit Diesel..... I'm not sure if it will work to pull off your scheme.... but you never know - you can also try wearing scrubs and one of those silly looking caps that surgeons wear.
